Are your pieces made in solid gold?

Yes, our jewelry is made of solid gold ranging from 14 karat to 22 karat (916 gold) depending on the design

14k gold ensures that our pieces, especially dainty chains, are secure and wont break easily. They are durable and made to be worn everyday so you can have worry-free jewellery.

Solid gold vs gold-plated jewelry

No plating here, just solid gold.

While plated jewelry has its place, we believe in making pieces that not only look good but last.

How do I care for my product?

A little care goes a long way - Keep your pieces looking good with these simple care tips:

Store it in a jewelry box. A clean, dry, fabric-lined jewelry box is the best option. Ensure that both your jewelry and the box is dry.

Store pieces separately: this prevents jewelry from tangling or scratching each other.

Clean when needed: use a few drops of mild, non-phosphate dish soap and warm water to clean your jewelry. This can be done with a cotton swab, towel, or simply your fingers

Daily Wearing Tips

Avoid excessive exposure to soaps: While our pieces are able to withstand water, body & facial products differ greatly in their ingredients. Your best bet is to keep your jewellery away from regular exposure to soaps, makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions.

Cover or remove while using cleaning products: Household cleaners with acids or abrasives will damage your jewelry’s finish (shine). Be sure to use rubber gloves while cleaning (we recommend doing this anyway to protect your skin) or remove your jewelry altogether.

My Order

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will begin processing your order. Shipping and processing times depend on the status of the items you're ordering:

Items In Stock

The item is available and usually ships out within 3 business days - this is the time it takes to leave our site. From then on our shipping partners take over and delivery times vary according to the destination. See Shipping section below for further details

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order items take approximately 2-4 weeks to ship out before handed over to our shipping partners. If you'd like more information on pre-order items email us at hello@shop-cura.com

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Do note that our team works hard to get your order sent out as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Can I change my address?

Reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. We are however unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address on our end and will have to rely on our shipping partners to handle the change.

What are your delivery times?

Nationwide delivery to major cities usually takes between 1-3 days while other locations outside of major cities may take up to 7 days to deliver.

How much will shipping cost?

Nationwide shipping is currently available free of charge.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Worldwide shipping available soon. If your country is not listed, drop us an email with your request at hello@shop-cura.com

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return & exchange policy?

All items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped out to ensure they are up to standard. Returns/Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

- Product is received in a damaged/defective condition
- Wrong product is delivered
All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging

To return/exchange a product, a return request must be emailed to hello@shop-cura.com within 24 hours of receiving the product with the following:
1. Order details
2. Reason for return
3. Photo of defective/damaged or wrong product

Our team will then process your request and advise on next steps. Should the returned item not meet the above conditions, Cura reserves the right to deny the return/exchange request.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you are eligible, our team will begin processing your refund and this process may take up to 14 days or more depending on your mode of payment
